Core strength and body awareness
Time to build on those skills we learnt last term. This term part of our lesson will be dedicated to developing mid body strength and the importance of key body postures.

Make physical activity a regular part of your day. Lead by example and be active with your children . The recommended daily Physical activity for children are that toddlers
(1 to 3 years) and preschoolers (3 to 5 years) should be physically active every day for at least three hours, this can be spread out over the day.
The benefits to being active include;
• Strong, muscles, bones and joints.
• Improved co-ordination and balance.
• Strong heart and lungs.
• Improved self confidence.
• Willingness to try new activitites
