Getting into CrossFit Kids

Arrive 5-mins prior to class to allow time to fill in the necessary paperwork.

What to wear?

For the boys - T shirt and shorts

For the girls - Tights or shorts, t-shirt or crop top

you will also need socks and joggers.

What to Bring?

-Water Bottle

-Hat in summer

-Jumper or jacket in winter
