Here’s some photos of our gym.

Ever since I can remember it has been my dream to have my own Gym. I enjoy coaching on so many levels. It is rewarding to know your athletes to anticipate performance both positive and negative .
To understand the process and mastery of a new skill. To balance the dynamics between too much and not enough training.
So often I see kids who spend years training in their given sport drop out between the ages of 12 -14. For the most part it is not a lack of interest in their beloved sport but a lack of commitment to the hours required to continue particiapting in that sport. What options are available for this age group? (CrossFit Kids) . Most kids express they’d still like to keep up their strength and flexibility or skill and drills.
If you were to ask parents why they put there children in sport you’ll most often here the reply.
- To keep them strong or flexible
- To improve co-ordination.
- To learn to socialise and play as a team.
- To keep them fit
CrossFit Kids is all of that and MUCH MORE.. CrossFit Kids is non discriminant activity any BODY can do CrossFit all you need is the DESIRE to try. You can start at any age and develop at your own pace. The skills learned through being involved in CrossFit influence lives outside the gym. I’ ve not come across a sporting program that educates children about their health, their bodies and encourages and supports effort and perseverance irrespective of performance outcomes.
Most importantly CrossFit Kids stays with them for life it is functional and useful to the activities of daily living.
It is my mission to see CrossFit Kids be the “Sport of Fitness” for kids.
