Play Dayz

We offer individualised sessions for groups such as playgroups, sporting teams or just a group of friends.
Book your session based on your groups availablility either on location at CrossFit Kids Wollongong or your own select location.

Unleash the FUN and enjoy our physical games and activities with the people you enjoy the most!

Prices

- We cater for groups of 6 - 20 children

- Flat rate fee $12.00 per child

- Minimum fee $75.00 for small groups

Play Dayz Includes

- Supply and set up of equipment

- 90 minutes of instruction

- Provision of screened and qualified Coaches

- Coach to participant ratio of 1:15 or 1:10 for preschool aged children

- Instruction and full supervision of physical games and activities

- Supply of water, sunscreen and First Aid Kit

For Select site location at least 1 parent must remain for the duration of the Play Dayz booking!

Action Parties

Our Action Parties keep kids on their toes through fitness games and activities. We provide the equipment the atmosphere and the sense of team work in a socially engaging environment through our unlimited games and activities.

We offer parties for pre schoolers, school aged children and teens.

Party Options

In House Action Parties At CrossFit Kids Wollongong

In House Disco Party Let the kids loose on the dance floor with fun disco games and activities to keep the kids grooving!

Party Duration - 2 hours (90 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes for refreshments in our party area).

Our Facilities cater up to 25 children

Coach to participant ratios - We offer a 1: 15 ratio or 1 :10 for preschool children.

Activities popular with the kids include;

* Obstacle courses
* Team games such as dodge ball, soccer, hockey
* Relays
* Fun physical challenges
* Parachute games
* Ball games
* Tug o War


What You Receive

- Supply and set up of equipment

- Supervision and instruction of fitness / gymnastics games and activities

- Qualified and Screened Coaches

- Provision of water, sunscreen e.t.c for the kids

- Party area with tables, chairs for provision of food (we have non catered and catered party options)

- Supply of all your party needs, plates, cups, jugs, platters, tongs table cloths and party decorations e.tc

- Basic kitchen facilities such as fridge and microwave for your use.


Mobile / Outdoor Parties You choose the venue and we come to you. When booking your party we discuss the safety considerations for you venue.

Action Parties

Kids Party Packages

We offer FUN and engaging activities that are non stop ACTION for the whole party. The kids swing, jump, roll their way through adventurous circuit style activities. Our parties include team and partner games maximising the social enjoyment of the party.

CrossFit Kids In-Schools

Improving fitness for a better tomorrow… 

CrossFit Kids deliver high quality In-School fitness and physical education programs for infants and primary aged children.

The aim of the program is to improve functional fitness by encouraging enjoyment in physical activity.

Our programs are designed to be safe, inclusive and maximise participation for students of all abilities.

We provide screened, qualified and experienced staff who encourage, teach and motivate children inspiring a life long enjoyment of physical activity.

Our lessons include a warm up, conditioning section and cool down. We utilize games, circuits and relays to maximise participation.

Design of a skill based program tailored to suit the needs of your school

Flexibile timetable options

1:15 coach to student ratio (minimum 2 coaches per program)

Optional Physical fitness assessment for years 3 - 6


Our Fees


$3.00 per student per lesson (30 – 40 minutes)

Off peak rates for programs booked in terms 1 and 4 - $2.50
